Easter is a great time to gather together friends and family and enjoy the very best food and wines. Make Sunday lunch something special by mixing and matching our favourite Easter dishes and drinks.

STARTERS

Buffalo mozzarella, plum tomato and basil pesto tower with balsamic glaze topped with rocket 

Homemade Brussels pate with homemade red onion jam and crostinis

Pan-fried garlic and chilli tiger prawns with bread for dipping 

Deep fried brie with salad garnish and sweet chilli sauce

Mini meat platter with baguette, tomato chutney and dressed leaves

 

MAINS 

Hereford Cross sirloin of beef

Corn-fed roasted chicken supreme

Welsh rolled leg of lamb.

Somerset roasted Pork loin with crackling

Chef’s nut roast made with a very special secret recipe (no stuffing)

All above served with Stuffing, Yorkshire pudding, cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, panache of vegetables and rich red wine gravy

Crispy skinned salmon fillet with tenderstem broccoli, chantenay carrots, new potatoes and hollandaise sauce

Mushroom wellington, wrapped in leeks, stuffed with spinach and butternut squash served with French beans, petite pois and a white wine, cream and garlic sauce V  

 

PUDDINGS

Easter toffee apple crumble with pouring cream

Traditional Bread and butter pudding with custard     

White chocolate crème brulee

Easter meringue with lemon curd ‘egg yolk’

Mini egg brownie with gently whipped cream

Cheese board with biscuits and chutney (£3 supplement)

 

CHILDREN'S MENU

£8.95.  Main and Easter surprise for pudding

Same as yours just smaller - Sunday roast with Yorkshire pudding & veg/ tomato pasta topped with cheese/ mini fish with fries and peas/ chicken nuggets fries and peas
